Thai and English disclosures in the same window

Issuers that publish in both Thai and English rarely produce mirror images. Section order shifts; a risk paragraph appears in one language and softens in the other; an annex exists only in Thai.

Our working rule

If a desk will quote a sentence, we verify it in the language they will cite and note where the parallel version diverges. We do not flatten both into a single “gist.”

Practical effects on turnaround

Bilingual packs add calendar time. When a client needs a same-week filings analysis brief, we agree which sections must be line-checked in both languages and which can be flagged for later.
