Our review method

A repeatable way to sit with disclosures — from intake to a brief your desk can file.

Why a method page

Clients ask how we avoid turning every insider buy into a story. This is the sequence we follow on insider dealing reviews and related work.

Frame the question

We write down the desk’s actual question in one sentence — for example, “Do these purchases sit cleanly against the quiet-period and placement disclosures?” That sentence governs what we read and what we ignore.

Build the dealing timeline

Every in-scope transaction is dated, sized where disclosed, and tagged by form type and reporting person. Undisclosed fields stay blank; we do not invent them.

Lay filings beside the timeline

Earnings releases, material notices, circulars, and ownership updates that overlap the window are placed against the same dates. Conflicts and silences are marked in plain language.

Separate fact, ambiguity, and stretch

The brief’s final pages split what the public record states, what it leaves open, and what would be a stretch for a market note. Stretch stays labelled as such.

Hand back a usable artefact

You receive a PDF brief and, if booked, a short call. We do not publish your materials or recycle your window into marketing claims.

Languages and jurisdictions

We routinely work Thai and English disclosures for issuers relevant to desks covering the region. Other languages are accepted only when we can secure a competent reading within your deadline — we will say no rather than guess.
