Insider dealing review

One issuer, one agreed date window, written brief. Adds for dense Form clusters, dual-language packs, or a same-week rush.
Filings analysis brief
From THB 12,000
Single document set (for example one circular or one annual-report risk chapter). Larger packages are quoted after we see the page count.
Event-window monitoring
From THB 28,000
Two to six weeks of cadence checks, interim notes, and a close-out brief. Longer windows and multi-issuer watches are custom.
What moves an estimate
- Number of dealings and filings inside the window
- Whether Thai and English disclosures both need line-level notes
- Clarification calls beyond the first included session
- Weekend or holiday turnaround
