Earnings seasons, capital raisings, M&A speculation windows, and board transitions — periods when both filings and insider transactions arrive in uneven bursts.
What we do
We check for new dealings and filings on an agreed cadence (daily or every other day), send short interim notes when something material appears, and close with a single brief that ties the whole window together.
Boundaries
Monitoring covers public sources only. We do not place trades, hold positions on your behalf, or alert you outside the agreed hours unless a filing drops that you have pre-flagged as critical.
