Site content is for general information. Fees shown are indicative. We may update pages without notice. We do not warrant uninterrupted access to the site.
Intellectual property
Website text, design, and our delivered briefs remain our intellectual property until otherwise agreed in writing. You may use a paid brief internally for your market analysis work. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute our briefs without written consent.
Client materials
Documents and links you send remain yours. We use them only to perform the engagement and to keep records required by law. We do not claim ownership of issuer filings themselves.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, Mindgateway Base is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or reliance on a brief. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Indemnity

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
